A large Baltimore based developer retained HGI to seek competitive bids for their $1.5 Billon Dollar mixed used waterfront development. Markets were assigned to four outside brokers and the incumbent. The quotations received ranged from a high of $1,200,00 to a low bid of $475,000. This exercise created a savings for our client of $178,000 for an investment in HGI of $26,500.
