The Hudson Group has been retained to provide Insurance and Risk Management Advisory Services on the 1.6 billion dollar Southwest Waterfront mixed use development. Two large Washington DC based developers have contracted The Hudson Group and its subsidiary, HBR Group LLC, as advisors on this groundbreaking project.

A Bethesda, Maryland based developer has secured The Hudson Group to provide insurance advisory services for their 2.5 million square foot mixed use development, Constitution Square project in Washington, DC.

Two large established developers have hired The Hudson Group to assist in the Insurance and Risk Management oversight of its new downtown residential development in Bethesda Row, known as Lot 31. Ground breaking is scheduled for February 2012.

A national real estate investment trust has directed The Hudson Group to provide Risk Management Advisory services as a part of HGI's existing retainer services for the 1.6 billion dollar mixed use development, known as Mid Pike Plaza in Rockville, Maryland. Ground breaking is scheduled for late 2012.
